Common answers
- How do I do a test the same way each quarter?
- Every test has a fixed protocol. They are all on the tests page.
- Why does a test say “estimated”?
- No clinical reference table exists for it, so the percentile comes from training bands. The test page says where those bands come from.
- I changed phones. How do I keep my results?
- Save a backup file from Settings on the old phone and restore it on the new one. On iPhone, restoring from an iCloud Backup also brings the app’s data across.
- How do I restore a purchase?
- Open the unlock screen and choose “Restore purchase”.
