How it was studied

WHO guidelines on physical activity and sedentary behaviour, based on systematic reviews.

What it does not show

The guideline counts all moderate-to-vigorous activity, not "zone 2". It is a range, not a single number.

What Longstanding does with it

The app’s zone 2 test reads your weekly minutes as a share of 150, the lower end of this range. Vigorous minutes, which count double in the guideline, are not added, so the share can understate how much you do.
